The Practice Success Team (PST) was created with the sole purpose of ensuring your success. Your Practice Success Manager (PSM) will be your single point of contact for all MediNotes software questions that are not technical in nature. You will work exclusively with your PSM to establish an implementation plan, schedule your training sessions, and work through any other issues that may arise along the way.

What Maintenance Provides
Your annual maintenance paid to MediNotes provides valuable services to assist you when problems arise.
The services provided are:
- Current diagnostic and treatment codes for the year
- Unlimited phone and email support for software related issues
- New specialty content
- New features and enhancement upgrades
There are concerns that may arise that are not addressed by Technical Support including, but not limited to, the following:
- Installation of PMS software or updates
- Network support or network access issues
- Hardware recommendations
- Brand-specific recommendations
- Hardware installation and support, including but not limited to, scanners and printers
- Non-MediNotes software support or installation
