Preliminary user names and passwords were given to you when you purchased the program or through E-mail at a later date. If you do not have the preliminary login username and password, please CONTACT MediNotes and these will be sent to you.

When creating your custom username and password, please ensure that this is something that you can easily remember and DO NOT repeat the preliminary username and password for your custom username and password.
