Client Services ManagerTechnical Support Technician

Client Services Manager

Our Client Services Manager will be the single point of contact for assigned clients and be responsible for all their issues pertaining to the products we provide and support. This person will coordinate with all company departments to set goals and plans for success, track progress, and facilitate problem-solving for our clients. This person will also survey his or her clients to determine how our company is doing at meeting their needs.

This position requires someone with excellent client service or account management skills. The ability to represent our company to clients and the willingness to do what it takes when working with them is key to succeeding in this position. Our PSM needs to have the ability to multi-task, handle pressure well, and prioritize multiple projects. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but an equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.

Technical Support Technician

Our Technical Support Technician will spend his or her day assisting our end-users with technical questions regarding our software use, installation, and configuration issues; obtaining expert-level knowledge on MediNotes' product functionality, entering all support incidents into ticket systems, and performing level 1 system administration functions.

Applicants should have basic familiarity with Windows O/S, Workstation, Terminal Server, networking NT, 2000, Novell, Citrix Metaframe, LANS and WANS. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are also required, as well as a customer-focused mindset. One to two years' experience and a two-year degree in computer support or a related field is preferred.
